  • Improved access to and quality of health services, including reproductive and preventive child health care

  • Improved prevention and treatment of communicable diseases (including HIV/AIDS and TB)

Donor Programme Partner: The Norwegian Institute of Public Health

Main focus: The Programme shall focus on improving mental health care for children and youth, promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing a healthy environment, and preventing infectious diseases including in detention facilities.

The programme was approved by the Donors on November 13th, 2012.

Applications to the call for the bilateral relations fund to exchange, share and forward knowledge, experience and best practices between Estonian and Norwegian institutions can be submitted on an ongoing basis until November 1st, 2016 at 12:00 (EET).
